Refund policy


We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or any other reason unrelated to product defects or order errors. All sales are final.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at jaaayoube93@gmail.com and provide:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item received

After reviewing your claim, if the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement product at no additional cost. We reserve the right to request the return of the defective item before processing a replacement.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

  • Personal care products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you would like a different product, you will need to place a new order.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds. Once an order has been placed and processed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.

In cases where a product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will review the claim and, if approved, provide a replacement item rather than a refund.
